Terms of Service

TN Visa Alert ("we," "our," or "us") provides email notifications about potential TN/L visa appointment openings at Buffalo-area land ports. By using our website or purchasing a pass, you agree to these Terms.

1) Service overview

We monitor publicly available sources and trusted public signals and send you email notifications ("Alerts") when we detect openings or cancellations that may be relevant to your preferences. You book your appointment on the official portal. We do not interact with government systems on your behalf.

2) Not legal advice; no affiliation

We do not provide legal advice. Nothing on our site or in our emails is legal guidance. We are not affiliated with CBP or any government agency.

3) Accounts & email delivery

You're responsible for the accuracy and security of your account and email address. We send Alerts to the address you provide; delivery can be affected by your provider, filters, or inbox settings. Keep your contact details current and whitelist our sender if needed.

4) Your use of the Service

You agree not to:

• misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the Service;
• attempt to access non-public areas of our systems;
• use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights.

We may suspend or terminate access for suspected abuse or security risk.

5) Plans, pricing & payment

We offer time-limited monitoring passes (e.g., 14/30/60 days) as described at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment processor; we don't store full card details. Taxes and fees (if any) are shown at checkout.

6) Refunds & our goodwill extension

All sales are final except as required by law. If you receive zero Alerts during your active pass, we will extend your pass by 14 days at no cost (one extension per original purchase). This extension is a goodwill policy, not a guarantee of any outcome.

7) No guarantees

Openings are limited and may change quickly. We don't guarantee that you will receive any particular number of Alerts, book an appointment, or obtain a visa. Time-sensitive opportunities may expire before you act.

8) Service changes & availability

We may modify features, pause, or discontinue parts of the Service to maintain reliability or comply with law. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uptime.

9) Third-party services

We rely on third parties (e.g., payment processing, email delivery, hosting). Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We aren't responsible for issues caused by those providers, while we'll act reasonably to resolve problems we control.

10) Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and site content are our property or our licensors'. You may not copy, modify, or resell any part of the Service except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

11) Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and availability.

12) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or opportunities, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the pass giving rise to the claim.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post changes here and, when appropriate, notify you by email or in-app. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
